Policy:

When completing your order via our website, etc., you hereby agree to the following terms:

• 1.) All equipment returns are assessed a 25% restocking fee regardless if unused as we are unable to sell as a new once it leaves our warehouse.

​

• 2.) Customers are required to pay all shipping fees for returning products and equipment. Customer will provide or purchase their own shipping label.

​

• 3.) Unopened & Open containers of Solutions & Products are non-returnable or refundable. Sales are considered final. Temperature control is vital to the life of the solutions and we have no way of knowing how the product is stored once it leaves our warehouse. We strive to sometimes bag and tape solutions so they do not leak during shipping. If your solution has leaked a little due to heat during shipping, the solution in the bottle is still good & usable. We may credit the amount of solution lost but we will not re-ship a full container unless the entire container is fully damaged. If there is a product damaged please email Info@spraytanning.com for further instructions.​​

• 4.) To be eligible for an replacement or refund: We must receive the tracking number once you mail it back, must be be able to look up your name on our database orders, and email us a picture of what is wrong with the product/equipment before we send out the replacement. If a customer chooses to do an exchange; a refund or return is not available after the exchange.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping Time - Once we receive orders, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. All addresses go directly to the shipper from the computer the exact way that it is typed on the original order. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Please place apartment numbers on the second line so that it is clear it is an apartment number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, check your spam folder as well.

We do not ship orders on Friday during the summer to avoid sitting in the hot warehouse.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any shipping delays by the mail carrier. Spray Tan Academy/Paradise Sunless Solutions are not responsible for theft or damage of your order when it arrives at your location.

Orders are shipped via USPS, or UPS.

 

Warranty

We are an authorized distributor for Maximist. If you purchase a Maximist spray tan system, warranties must go through them.
