Returns must be made within 30 days from the date you purchase. If pass 30 days your purchase in no longer eligible for return.
When completing your order via our website, etc., you hereby agree to the following terms:
1.) All equipment returns are assessed a 25% restocking fee regardless if unused as we are unable to sell as a new once it leaves our warehouse.
2.) Customers are required to pay all shipping fees for returning products and equipment. Customer will provide or purchase their own shipping label.
3.) Sunless solutions (liter, half gallon, and gallon) purchases can not be returned for performance issues. We recommend you to sample our product line prior to ordering liter sizes or larger. If there is a product defect please email for further instructions.
4.) To be eligible for an replacement or refund: We must receive the tracking number once you mail it back, must be be able to look up your name on our database orders, and email us a picture of what is wrong with the product/equipment before we send out the replacement. If a customer chooses to do an exchange; a refund or return is not available after the exchange.

Shipping Time - Orders received and processed are usually done in a day and will ship the next business day but keep in mind that depending on where you are location, it may take up to a week. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or closed holidays and will ship the next business day.
Orders are shipped via USPS, or UPS. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.
